TSH — The Still Hand uses your name, phone number, email address, property area and project details to assess and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include identity numbers, payment details or other sensitive information.
Your enquiry is stored in a private database on our hosting infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Email notifications, when configured, are sent through Resend to our Google Gmail business inbox. Hosting and email services may process your information outside South Africa. Access is restricted to authorised site administrators. Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 12 months; project records may be retained for contract and legal obligations. WhatsApp and email links open their respective services, whose own privacy terms apply.
